Utter trash

Makes me want to leave JPM commercial. Every update loses a feature, it’s unusable, getting the right access rights is kafkaesque. This is why neobanks exist and are growing…

Horrible App

One of the worst apps I’ve ever had to use. Everything from not capturing a picture of a check telling me to place it on a dark background when I have it on a black table to tell me my password is incorrect and making me reset it, then telling me I can’t use a previous password… as it was the one I was trying to put in initially. Absolutely frustrated with this app and unless I have to use it, I rather find the Chase bank along the way than ever have to use this app.

Horrible

This app is profoundly awful. I am forced to use it because my company makes us deposit our checks with it. You can walk barefoot 6 miles though the snow carrying checks to a bank faster than you can deposit 3 checks digitally. If you’re considering this app for your business you either hate your employees or you hate your employees.
