Experience complete control of your appliances from anywhere. Remotely preheat your oven on the way home from work, update ice settings for a party, or start your dishwasher so it’s finished at the perfect time. At home, you can control your appliances with voice commands through Amazon Alexa or Google Home. Wherever you are, you’ll have the confidence of knowing when someone has left the refrigerator door open, the oven has preheated to the right temperature, or the dishwasher cycle is done. You’ll never run out of dishwasher pods or rinse aid again when you set up auto replenishment—the app tracks consumption and reorders for you. Use and care videos for each enabled appliance help you get the most out of your investment, and the app monitors ongoing performance for improved diagnostics in the event you need service.
Sub-Zero Refrigeration
• Receive notification for a door left ajar
• Change temperature set points
• Change refrigeration mode (Normal, High Use, Short or Long Vacation, Sabbath)
• Change icemaker mode (Night Ice, On, Off, Max Ice)
• Toggle air purifier on/off
• Monitor the remaining life of air purification cartridges and water filters; the app will auto-replenish at the right time
• Change accent light level
• Enable/disable night mode and change humidity control on select models
Wolf Cooking
• Monitor cooking appliances—receive preheat, temperature probe, and cook time notifications

Tad Bit Wonky
I’ve recently changed my phone number since installing the app. It doesn’t allow me to change my login information for the two factor identification. It has my old phone number with no option for updating it. Called customer service but the only suggestion was to create a new account.. I expected a better resolve, especially since I no longer have the same phone number.

The Sub-Zero Wolf app is exactly what a smart appliance app should be—intuitive, responsive, and actually useful. It doesn’t just look polished; it works flawlessly, making it easy to control and monitor appliances without unnecessary steps or frustrating lag.
The layout is clean and useful, from changing temps and bake modes to maintenance reminders and timer alerts happening in real time without any hiccups. The app feels like an extension of the appliances, not just an afterthought, and that’s expected with Sub Zero & Wolf. There’s no alternative.

Unforgiveable design option
You have to enable remote connect on the oven itself every time before you use it. So lets say youve picked up a pizza spontaneously at your favorite pizza place an hour away. You go to preheat your oven remotely out of convenience- oh wait, you can’t do that. You have to physically set up the remote feature on the oven itself- which means you have to know ahead of time that you are going to need to use it before you leave the house. This is not a safety feature. If you want safety then passcode protect the ability to turn the oven on remotely. This is a critical flaw and needs to be fixed. On top of that even this particular method is flakey and doesnt work 100% of the time.
