Description
The SoundExchange App is a way to access your SX account on the go! Remotely view your registrant details, payment data, and your account details.
Log-in
Log into the SoundExchange App using your existing SXDirect email and password
Opt-in to Biometrics for ease-of-access to the SoundExchange app
Note: You must be a registered user of SXDirect in order to log into the SoundExchange app
Payment Details
If you've received a payment from SoundExchange, you can view your payment details in the app and on the go
Get details related to your earnings and then download and view your PDF statements
Recordings
If you have royalty items associated to your account as an Artist or a Rights Owner, you’ll now have the ability to view all associated recordings linked to your account
Account
If you are a user of SXDirect you can log into the SoundExchange app and view your details related to the following areas:

• Tax

What’s New
Version 1.4.0
This upgrade supports the addition of multi-factor authentication to SoundExchange accounts that would like to opt-in for additional account security. This version supports multi-factor authentication via SMS.

I like SoundExchange…
I like SoundExchange and appreciate what they do. But, for everything I try to do with this app, update my contact, bank, catalog, etc. I’m sent to the website. I could’ve just not installed the app and gone to the website. At least I found stuff to fix in my account. I just hope SoundExchange doesn’t feel like this is it for the app and they make improvements.
Nice start
When I tried to login, I typed my email and part of my password. I had to go to a different app to remember my password. Then I immediately went back to this app to finish typing the password… but everything was blank. My work had been erased. Very Annoying. Maybe you could fix this right away so it doesn’t annoy everyone else.
Can’t login
What’s the sense of having this app if you can’t login? Enter your info and you just end up staring at a screen with a background pic.
