An exorbitantly long wait for money

I do have to say that free business banking, let alone with the possibility of interest on your balance (with specific rules), is definitely enticing. As someone who is just starting his business, I was looking to save money by going this Bluevine option. I am in no hurry, so I tried the bank transfer (with a connected bank accounts) and electronic check deposit options with Bluevine and I must say, it has been over 10days now since I “deposited” a check and it still has NOT posted to the Bluevine account. If you need your funds available immediately after depositing, this will NEVER work for you. 10+ days to see the money post to you account is an unacceptable amount of time, especially when I see the money pulled from the other account within a couple days…

But if you are looking for free business checking to start and don’t need money immediately, it can be an option. As I get up and running, I will most definitely be looking for a more acceptable banking option. But, for now, it will work it work for the short term.

Don’t expect much from Bluevine and you won’t be too disappointed.

WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS

When I first opened my BlueVine account (around 9 months ago) everything was working fine. The only problem I had was them putting 12 day holds on less than $1000 checks. Now it's gotten to the point that every time they update the app, my account gets put on hold for "further review". On top of that, they selectively accept checks. Sometimes you go to upload a check and it will deposit, other times you go to upload it and it will say "upload successful" and then turn around and say "the document has failed to upload" and then you have no way to cash the check since you've already wrote "for BlueVine mobile deposit only" on it.
When you call about what's happening, all they tell you is that "your account is on hold because they are reviewing your information" and don't give you a reason as to why. They have interrupted my business and my livelihood multiple times now, and I've heard from multiple other people that they will end up NOT REMOVING THE HOLD and stealing your money. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK. They are LIARS, SCAMMERS, THIEVES, and WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS. I cannot believe this has happened to me. All of my hard earned money is just gone. No access whatsoever. Please for the sake of god don't put your money into a BlueVine account unless you want to legally get robbed.

App doesn’t load

Hello, I’m a Bluevine Bank account holder for my business. Within the last month , I have not been able to access my account via the application and I am running the latest version iOS. I did originally fill out a support ticket and it took over a week for them to get back to me with some suggestions to troubleshoot it. I complied in the app still doesn’t work.

So as a business owner when you’re working with an out of area Bank it’s impossible to effectively manage and transact with your account when the app doesn’t work and support is slow.

I’ve had a couple other instances where I’ve had to reach out to Customer an account being locked up for some type of paperwork missing which I complied with and eventually had access.

However, my experience with the app and as well as customer service has been Slow, subpar, and I’m currently in the process of looking for another option because of this.

When it comes to a bank, I’m looking for instant access to support when needed or if that’s not available to be able to go into my branch and take care of it in person in a timely manner, not after several business days before receiving a response.
