Gameplay Disabled after Withdrawal Request

I enjoyed this solitaire game much more than any other I play until I requested a withdrawal… Now, although I can watch ads in order to fulfill terms of daily play or type of game that requires ad watching, I continue to get a message that says “Uh-oh, Ah no your account is temporarily disabled. Please contact support.”, so essentially I can no longer until Support fixes it. The only thing I did wrong was request my winnings and now I’m being asked to upload my driver’s license and a selfie where I need to move my head around on all angles to capture my face. What new dangled verification deal is this?! This company’s verification process is worse than TSA or applying for a job. I just want to withdraw and continue with game play. They’re asking for too much at this point. Can have my dl details but not a full capture of all angles of my face. Very big brother is watching behavior in my opinion. Will you please fix this issue without the high level security antics. You have my email, willing to share my dl info but the rest is just too much and totally invasive. This issue has been going on for 5 days with no end in sight until I’ve given blood and a hair sample. There is no comprehensible reason this process should be so inconveniencing unsettling and frustrating just to play a game! Please advise.

Never thought that I would be able to play solitary like this before I know I’m still really crappy but I’m getting better and better each day I am really enjoying myself playing it and so much worried about him much money I win but that would be nice to of the app thank you guys did a great job that’s what I paid so far good job keep up the good work but I don’t think there’s much more you would have to improve I think the game is pretty good where it’s at right now thank you I may be a part of it I actually saw it on an ad when I was playing bingo and that it was really interesting so I jumped on board pretty challenging for someone who isn’t used to playing solitaire again thank you
