I love playing Solitaire Dash other than when you watch the Solitaire Cash App ad it will not give you the option to keep playing Solitaire Dash because the Solitaire Cash App is somehow blocking players from continuing to play Solitaire Dash. I wrote into the support for Solitaire Dash but never gets a response back. This morning I have had to delete the Solitaire Dash app completely and download it again to be able to play because Solitaire Cash is blocking Solitaire Dash. I feel this problem immediately because I don’t feel like I have to keep having to take time to delete Solitaire Dash and then reload the game in the App Store. Please fix this problem.

Patience is key

I have played this game for probably about 4 to 5 months now and honestly I have one a lot and truthfully I have not withdrawn anything because I just like to play the game. I did a test of saying how long it took to draw and they get back to you within 24 hours which is actually super cool they freeze it so that way you don’t touch it but you can always touch it within 24 hours after that they process it. I think the only downfall and reason why I gave it 4 to 5 stars is because there’s no bots and you are waiting for real people to play. You’re waiting along time for games to see what place you are because some games you wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes other games you may wait 22 to 48 hours really depending. but if you have patience, this game is great. It’s easy to learn and best of luck!

Disappointed

This game was fun until at first. I won and lost. Never made any profit. Then as I kept playing, the cheaper play options disappeared forcing me to play more expensive games. I purchased a $10 recharge and was supposed to get a free play in a Bonus game against one other person for an $8 reward. I played the game and it was a ridiculously low scoring game (I am a pretty good player). I waited and waited for another player to play against me and it never happened. I’d say at least 3-4 days passed. I saw a message that it had timed out and it showed I won $5. To this day I haven’t received it. I have contacted customer service and they responded asking for the id number for the match. I gave it to them and haven’t heard from them since. This has been going on a few weeks. I doubt I will hear from them again and therefore I am done with this game. I will use what’s left of my balance and delete.
