This app is the best I bought a WhatsApp number from them but the number was already registered with another phone I lied a complain to them through there live support and I was refunded so i could buy unregistered number I’m so happy thank you guys for your quick response
App disappointment
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your platform. I attempted to fund my account via a transfer from my PalmPay app, and the transaction was successfully completed on my end. However, the funds have yet to reflect in my SMS Virtual App account.
I promptly contacted your customer service team and was told to wait 24 hours for resolution. While I appreciate the importance of thorough processing, this delay is highly disappointing and inconvenient, especially when the transaction was successful from my side.
As a customer, I expected a more seamless and efficient service, particularly in handling financial transactions. This incident has left me questioning the reliability of your platform.
I urge you to resolve this issue as a matter of priority and ensure that the funds are credited to my account without further delay. Additionally, I hope you can work towards improving your processes to prevent such inconveniences in the future.
Kindly update me on the status of my complaint as soon as possible.

Very good app but…
After purchasing 10 activations, I activated the numbers, I copied the number and entered it in the sms verifier (google) it went through but no messages come out. I tried other sms verify services like this it worked. This must be some kind of bug feature about this app and people complain about it. I don’t want my activation purchases to be a waste. Is there a way for you to fix this type of feature? If you could, I am very grateful. Thanks.
