Poor execution
Very slow, difficult to navigate, no back button, freezing issues, etc.
I just tried to check a text message from a customer and it wouldn’t load correctly, there were a lot of symbols: {{dashboard}}, I wasn’t able to click on anything or see the text so I tried clicking the Singlethread logo at the top and now it won’t let me see any new texts. It’s as if I never got anything.
Did I mention how slow it is? Regardless of WiFi or data, it takes several minutes to OPEN. It’s faster for me to walk back to my desktop to check my messages instead of wait for the Singlethread app to load. The idea is great, (cool an app, I can contact my customers if I’m away from my desk or even at home) but the execution is not at all what I expected.
