A Charitable Organisation that works to help/aid those in need

Shree Bhagnari Panchayat is a NGO/Charitable Organisation that was established in 1974 in the Mahim Vicinity of the Mumbai City located in the state of Maharashtra, India with the prime objectives of helping needy persons in the areas of education, medicine and several other social upliftment causes. The trust continues to build it’s corpus funds. The interest received from this fund is utilised for meeting the monthly payouts towards medicine and poor aid. Annual school and college fees of students are also paid from the interest income. All major financial requirements, mainly towards major medical operations and higher educations are met from donations which are specifically sought for these special causes.

Bhagnari Welfare Society’s vision is to uplift the needy families from below poverty line and make them self sufficient by backing up their children’s education and arranging assistance for business opportunities.
This App also caters & thrives to connect all Bhagnaris around the world, with Archives and all topics of interest within the Community.

Some of the Salient features of the App are listed below :

- Mitri: A simple form lets one connect with a life partner. Once anyone desirous getting married fills this form, considerable behind the scene activities take place to find him/her a match

- Online donations: Donations are now accepted online from members all over the world. The donation is directly credited to our bank account and receipt is automatically generated and mailed to the donor. So far, since its inception about 6 months ago, over 25 donations have been received through this channel

- Dictionary : We have an English to Bhagnari Dictionary which can enable youngsters to learn their mother tongue and touch base with their roots.

- Online Panchayat membership registration: A simple form enables a new member to register with us, using this method. Since its introduction 2 years ago, 200+ registrations have taken place using this channel

- Bhagnari Entrepreneurs: A database has been built, where our young Bhagnari entrepreneurs are encourage to provide detail of their business. This information is then used to create a very informative write-up about the entrepreneur. So far, 10+ Bhagnaris have highlighted their business entrepreneurship through this resource

- Donor Dashboard : a Donor can manage his/her donations using the Donor Dashboard, setup recurring donations, download annual receipts, donation receipts by use of this feature.
