This App collects your location information in the background and also collects your health data from HealthKit Apps, to assist Caregivers to provide timely care and support emergency response actions.

Great app
I’ve been using this since the beginning of 2023 and so far I have lost 30 lbs, lowered my blood pressure by 10 points, improved my sleep health and reduced my stress level. It’s helpful to have all the vitals in one place and provide the trends over time. It’s good feedback to have and reinforces the efforts to improve my overall health.
