Sensie 17+

I’ve known the founder of Sensie for several years now, and have watched the development of this tech and app.

Mike is one of the most dialed-in, passionate and capable tech start-up CEOs I’ve ever met. His team is very much the same.

I’ve used every version they’ve posted to Test Flight. This version being released on the Apple Store (finally) is quite impressive.

Sensie - there are levels at which to explain it, what it can be used for, and I could write pages.

This tech directly interfaces with your subconscious (it seems to me).

Try asking your Higher Self a yes or no question, and instruct it to give you a pass if yes or a blocked if it’s a no. Does that work?

Familiar with the book Alter Ego Effect? About to arrive home and switch from business mode to parent / partner mode? Take a moment to take on those alter egos (Super Dad!), and check with Sensie to see if you are fully embodied in it, present, focused etc. Does that work?

This app has helped me develop a better sense of presence and flow. The great thing is it’s so easy to pull up and check in. I have struggled with jumping from one task to another with no light at the tunnel. I use my reminder app to set up check ins throughout the day.

This app is rad, I use it at the end of my work day to test my nervous system to see if I’m ready to be a Dad.

it’s caught me many times in a blocked state when I thought I was flowing - the value in taking 2 mins to clear my nervous system before going into Dad mode is massive. Thanks to this app I show up fully present with my kids and love being a Dad.
