Loved the food without a rewards program

Was introduced to their food through my companies catered lunch and my god did I fall in love! Their Pomegranate Chicken is unique and heavenly. Their wide range of toppings at no extra cost makes it a healthy option too! Don’t forget to mix the Chutney Sauce into the hummus for the best flavor ever. Glad this app allows me to save a little money while enjoying my favorite Mediterranean chain.

Go to spot for a busy week night meal. Super fresh and always a hit with the family. My son loves to take the left over pita bread and hummus to school for his snack. Whenever we oder we always get the chicken protein plate, portions are just right. Only thing I don’t like is the location, never any parking. Don’t let that Deter you from visiting this yummy place!!!

Live the food... the app, not so much

I loved the old app that would allow you to link your credit card to the app so you could scan rewards and pay all at the same time.
Now they made the app worse by removing the best features!
It doesn’t seem to have a way of bringing up a barcode to redeem rewards in the store. I did everything you’re supposed to and even the employee was confused why barcode wouldn’t come up to scan. My wife’s app also has the same problem. Please fix.

Thanks for reaching out to us! To redeem your reward in-store, push the "Redeem" button in the app to activate it. Once the reward is activated, a new screen will appear with the reward listed and a coupon code (no barcode needed). You must then show this screen to a staff member, who will manually grant you the reward at the register. After one hour, the reward will be marked as used and will be removed from your account. When you link your card to the rewards app, your purchases at SAJJ will be automatically detected and granted rewards credit.
