Palmetto Superfoods 4+

We love ordering acai bowls from palmetto superfoods and decided to try using the app to order.
I was disappointed to find the cart only allowed 2 unique orders, I could only add 2 build your own bowls, but the 3rd would never add to cart. It would also be nice to edit your bowl added to cart instead of deleting and starting over.

Like, for real. Hire some real developers. My app orders are constantly not sent to the location, so I’m not “skipping the line” in fact, it takes longer to argue with the workers that I already freaking paid than it would to wait in line. Today I couldn’t even attempt to order through the app, it sent me through an endless loop of “must log in” so I log in, add to cart, go to order then I get “sorry, your session has expired” and the cycle starts all over again.
This app is so consistently bad, the ordering in person is so obnoxious, I might have to find a different spot for my usual smoothie fix.

I ordered two bowls on the app and braved serious rush hour traffic to get to the PA location. When I arrived at the pick up time the order was not only not available but no one at the store could find record of it. And I had poor cellular service so could not pull up my order. I finally got my order to load after wandering around the parking lot looking for a better connection and finally could “prove” I had a real order. The whole thing was a massive headache and took an extra 20-30m that I didn’t have….
