Roll Em Up Taquitos 4+

The taquitos are made fresh when ordered and they are delicious. For the price I paid for my food, I received a large portion. The staff is very friendly and were very helpful in showing how their app works and how to earn points and redeem offers. I am looking forward to trying everything on the menu.

I recently got a Roll Em Up Taquitos location in my area just this past May which was only just months ago. I went there twice and got my Reward points for scanning my phone at the restaurant.

But I downloaded an update on the app when you redesigned the app a couple of months ago and every single one of the points I had vanished. There have been other updates on the app since then but none of them fixed the app for me to show the points I earned so it now just reads 0 points. I even asked the customer service multiple times and even they couldn’t get my points back.

I’ve had so many issues I’ve just decided to not eat here anymore. The app has multiple issues such as unable to add certain things you’re supposed to in the order menu.

The second and most important issue is that their IT is horrible. Multiple times I’ve had issues with points in the app and it seems like despite what workers and I do to notify them, they do nothing. There’s zero point in me going to this restraint when you try to entice me with a rewards program and then drop the ball so terribly hard on said program. It makes me question everything about your business and how it’s run.
