Paying your rent shouldn’t be difficult, so we have created an App that is as modern as your new home!
From Day 1, the ResLink App is your one-stop shop to view balances and pay all rent, fees, and utility bills conveniently and securely, if you live in a The Connor Group managed apartment. With ResLink you can pay by check, credit card, or debit card quickly and easily right from your phone.
We want to help you avoid disruption to your already busy lives. To help with that, we have included our auto-pay feature, which allows you to set how and when you would like to pay each month.
Need help fixing something in your apartment? Not a problem!
Using the ResLink App you’ll be able to submit and track service requests from work, home, or on-the-go.
Just download the App and create your account using the information provided by your leasing agent. We are excited to bring the same comfort you expect from your new home to how you interact with your property management team!

Only works for service requests
The home, account, and payments tab don’t work. They just freeze on a loading screen. Seems to work for service requests though.
New Version Works Well!
The latest version has a much improved look and feel and keeps me logged in.
Does not work at all
When I downloaded for the first time, it allowed me to create my account, but after logging in and each subsequent time I log in, no profile info will load. Each tab, save the “Contact” page, shows a spinning loading symbol, no matter how long I wait.
