We had a great time! I called ahead to make sure dogs were allowed and was told they were. Charlie was good, though he’s much more used to my parents kayaks that don’t have drainage holes in the bottom. It’s okay, getting wet builds character! They provide lifejackets for humans, though of course Charlie-pup had his own. Just had to keep him from drinking marsh water when he wasn’t busy being concerned!

I went on the website and bought a seasonal unlimited rental for $75 and it was not honored. The part that was super upset about was when I contacted support through the email. Showed them my receipts. All they said was there’s no membership in that area. And would not reimburse or help me find a solution. So please be aware. It’s great when your there and you pay for a kayak for 2 hours. But I’m not keen on being charged for something I’m not receiving. So beware. I’m still reaching out through phone numbers. So if this gets fixed I would definitely give a 5 star but until I see it. Please stop misleading. Especially in a small community that is supporting your business. I’m a big supporter of this community. And it will be handled.

I used the app and rented for the first time Sunday. I did everything i was supposed to do but I was told that my app didn’t close properly so I was being charged $50 per kayak. That’s a total of $200 they are charging me for something that was not even my fault. They are electronic doors so they know each time they open and close and they can tell when I returned them, yet they charged me anyway even after I brought it to their attention. Not good business and must be a faulty app. I was told to just be careful and make sure my app closes better next time. … how am I supposed to know that the app didn’t close properly when I do everything I am prompted to do. ????
