Re-Fabbed Boutique 9+

My review is short and sweet. I love shopping at Re-Fabbed Boutique. They are the most amazing group of ladies ever and helpful in every way. I order items at least a couple times a month. Their shipping is unreal fast, most times it is shipped same day and at the latest, next day. I can’t say enough good things about them and encourage you to give them a try. You’ll be hooked.

I bought a top in November, and thanks to the USPS losing the package it was very delayed in arriving. Then when I get the top I wear it, then launder it by it self, using Woolite, placing it in a net bag and hanging it to dry, and when I go to wear it for maybe the third time it looks terrible. The material is so pilled it looks like it is old and worn out! I contacted the boutique and was told that because it has been worn no compensation was possible. I understand that they are a business and there must be return policies, that just makes sense. I was not even expecting monetary compensation, I honestly had hoped an offer would be made to replace the top, even if it meant returning the one I have. I am writing this not to criticize, judge or blame. Instead I wanted to voice my deep disappointment in the product in hopes that this could be avoided in the future through the perusal process and choosing merchandise that is of good quality. By paying $36 for the shirt, my expectation was that it would be good quality and with good care would last a long time. My disappointment lies in the obvious fact that this was not money well spent. Again, i am not blaming or accusing, simply voicing deep disappointment.
