Straight forward app not just fitness
I went in thinking it was something like peloton but I like the articles and the financial literacy side of it too. I thought, “what does a mortgage broker have to do with this?” But then I saw the education side of the app for wellness in finance and health. So I’m more into the straight forward yoga classes, they seem much less commercial and “Hollywood” which is the best I can describe it. The trainers are totally normal and I connect with it more
Easy to use, Free training and more
I rarely write reviews and especially for ‘financial’ or wellness apps. That said, I’m glad that I was referred to this app because most wellness apps only offer a freemium version for workouts.
This is free to use and it’s cool that there’s a business who cares about wellness.

The quality and amount of free content is mind blowing. Content is also constantly being updated regularly. I am amazed that a lender / business cares so much about the well being of people!
