Terrible app
I used this app and it was good for the first time. Then someone upgraded it and it’s bad. I can log on but cannot save any information needed so I can’t schedule at all through this app.
Extremely unorganized
I booked and confirmed at a service center who calls me a couple days later to cancel because they don’t have any lifts.
Transferred me local Quirk service center and they tell me they’re booked out 2 weeks for an oil change!
I go through the app for this service center and schedule is wide open and booked 4 days from now
Terrible app
Quirk needs to get with it. There are less successful dealerships out there that have better apps. Quirk Kia has no help to answer phones which would push one to use the app but it doesn’t allow you to schedule appointments for anything except manufacturer’s mileage service recommendations. Complete garbage Danny! Next time I’ll buy a car from Herb Chambers
