Auto Bill Pay hiccup
I love my bank app with St Mary’s and ran into only one issue so far after 2 years of using it.
When creating an automated bill pay for bank to send check to other institutions there is no option of entering exp date but it automatically chooses maturity date to be the date you put in for the payment due date. I would say this is a huge flaw as this cost me a lot of time to square away with st Mary’s and my car note institution. Thankfully I noticed right away when second payment was not submitted but it cost me nerves and letters from them that it would take from my credit score.
Unable to pinch and zoom & features removed
App does not allow pinch and zoom.
Also, in the past one was able to see images of checks deposited. This is no longer an option.
The option to deposit a check on the app doesn’t work.
When I use the deposit a check it ask to take a picture of the front and back of the check, also include the amount on the check. I do as ask and then it says I need a endorsement when clearly I have. The app either closes down or logs me off when I try to do this. It has worked for me before and I didn’t even endorse my check last time. This is suppose to be a easy way to deposit my check, not to make it more difficult. If none of these options the app gives us work then the app is just to check your balance in your bank account. I think it’s time to fix the app.
