Description
Quake Global's CareCenter application connects caregivers to our emergency call and real-time location system (RTLS). Caregivers are able to easily locate residents and or other personnel as well as quickly respond to emergency calls by viewing and handling incoming notifications.

Version 5.2.0
CareCenter Connect now enables staff members to communicate seamlessly by talking or messaging each other directly within the CareCenter app, turning devices like iPods into two-way communication tools. The CareCenter website introduces a new contacts list section, allowing staff to star or un-star their favorite contacts and start text or voice chats with ease. Additionally, a dedicated chat section on the website lets staff exchange messages effortlessly, enhancing overall communication and collaboration.

One Star product
The call lights are delayed when a button is pressed if it shows at all. Sometimes you can’t clear the button because it just won’t register it so you have to manually clear it. The notifications are horrible and it crashes often making you have to sign in several times a day.
