Simple and works great

No ads, no purchases which is nice though I hope they find some sort of revenue to keep working on the app for future release and some reminders would be nice.

I love seeing my stats and keeping motivated with challenges! I would absolutely recommend if your trying to stay in shape and track your progress. There are no ads and it’s free!!
