New updates

The new updates to biometrics work each time I log in. The updates to the Homepage and Claims are great. I am able to understand how and when a claim is paid and how much I owe.

Wow

I was told I had one of the best plans but come to find out wrong. Somehow the doctors office I’ve been with going on a year and am super comfortable and have made tons of progress going here is all of a sudden not in your insurance network but they are for every other single priority plan which is bogus so now I have a 500 bill that just isn’t sitting right because you should’ve known after the first meeting that you weren’t gonna be taking the billing from my office so how was I not alerted before racking up a 500 dollar bill! I’m livid I’m about to straight up drop this and get through my employer because it should at least be made an exception when I’ve been with the one office for a while and it’s detrimental to my continued well being.

Nearly Impossible to Log-in or Log-out

The title says it all. Had to sign in using my user ID and password. What happened to facial recognition, Once I got through the two-factor authentication, the system demanded that I change my password. So I updated the password and had to go pack through the entry process. Then when I wanted to log out, the started logging back in via facial recognition before I could close the app.
