We believe homebuyers & investors would love to know the saving on major price reduction properties on the market today. Our support team is available to answer your questions and pair you with a real estate agent who can guild you with your purchase.
The reason why agents and homebuyers overlook these properties is that;
#1 The property might not be in the homebuyer/investor price range before the price drop.
#2 The property might have been listing passed 90 days most homebuyers do not set the search settings passed 90 days.

What is the priced drop price? The Priced drop price is what the agent/owner reduced from the list price. This is the amount you will save from the purchase ( an example is buying a car from the dealership and the sticker price is $25,000 but the manager reduced the price to $20,000 now you are saving $5,000 of the sticker price.
Can I become a Partner Agent? Yes, Message support inside the app under the Reason "Become a Partner Agent"
Can I list my Priced drop property? Yes, Message support inside the app under Reason " List My Property"
