Huge step back. Coffee is the best ever but app is a mess. Can’t get certain milk adds to certain drinks. For example can’t choose to add 2% or skim milk to cold brew which is available on almost all other drinks. Point system is a mess it doesn’t count orders sometimes and using points is as if it’s difficult on purpose. Press get your money back from the app developer and go back to your old interface PLEASE! Again I will say the coffee itself is top notch.

please fix the app!!!! literally nothing is functional on the app after the most recent update except adding things to the cart. points and ordering are completely broken. its unusable ~~~~ UPDATE:~~~~ I reached out to app customer service so I wanted to update my review. they mentioned that their app desyncs sometimes after updates, causing these issues. I logged out and logged back in, and all of the issues that I was having were fixed!! all of my points returned and the functionality is back. some of the app can still be a little clunky and erroneous, but nothing that isn’t standard for an app coming from a local business. so if you’re having these same issues- try logging out/uninstalling :)

So Press used to have a basic but functional app. Last year they released a completely rebuilt app that looked a lot prettier but was meaningfully worse in terms of user experience, time to order, etc.

With this most recent update the app seems completely borked. I had at least a few hundred points that have since disappeared. It won’t take Apple Pay. And I can’t even get my credit card to save to place an order.

I don’t know who they paid (or how much) to create this buggy app but they def should fire them and/or ask for a refund!
