Tip is annoying
I tip in cash at the location if I have it. Ordering through the app, it automatically adds a 15% tip. You’re able to delete it, but it adds it a couple times when you’re ordering so you have to watch your order.
Terrible colors choice
In user interfaces very light gray text usually means the option is not available. All the text in this app is light gray on a white background, so it appears most everything is “grayed out” not not an option. Even though the options are available it’s difficult to read due to very low contrast.
Functionally the app is fine - lets you view the menu and submit an order just fine.
New Update
I’ve used the app multiple times and think the new update is phenomenal! They make things easy to navigate, great rewards transfer and convenience!
