Excellent
I have been a member since 1986. As for this app, everything works well. I am not experiencing the issues that some have shared are not working. I am grateful for the accessibility it provides me, since I now live out of state. A question I had about the app was addressed over the phone by the most friendly staff I have ever experienced.
Account info
Account information is at my fingertips! It’s so convenient, especially when it’s after or before PFCU lobby hours. I do miss the relationships I had with certain tellers, but our world is constantly changing and we must learn to adapt.
Good and could be a bit more user friendly
The app menu had so many different options and fields that I sometimes forget which item was selected or where to find my typical needs. It’s nice to have the many benefits or options, but I wish it was a bit easier to know where to navigate. Seems like a secure app though.
