Small town bank feel

I love this bank. I've been a customer for 20? years. I've had bank accounts since I was 7, all over the country, big and small. I was closing on a house during pre-vaccine covid. The biggest banks in the country locked their doors and went dark. Peoples Bank employees answered their phones (from somewhere) and carried the day. I live in the Southeast now. Peoples used to be my favorite bank. After yet another guffaw from a a big bank and the horrible customer service … well, they’re now my only bank.

Transfer Options

The Peoples Bank WA app is easy to navigate and I can transfer money between my accounts as well as to family and friends using the Zelle option in the + tab at no cost! It is great!

Worst banking app I’ve ever used

Ever since I opened my account with people’s bank I’ve had issues with this app. Customer service has never been able to help. I sign in and have to resubmit all of my information/ receive text authorization every single time I open the app. When I click on my account to view balance/charges I’m automatically signed out.

Honestly having peoples bank is a time warp back to 1999, it seems as though they’ve pretty much given up mobile banking
