Love ICU’s Online Banking
I moved to another state and have been able to continue banking with ICU because of online banking and mobile check deposit. Anything I can’t do online I just get a hold of my favorite star “Allie D” and she helps me remotely with anything that needs to be signed. She’s knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Between OLB and Allie I’m able to handle all I need.

Worked fine before iPhone update
Unfortunately you can no longer do mobile check deposit if you have the newest version update for iPhone. All it does when you open the camera to take a picture is show a blurry full screen. They kept giving me directions to trick the camera, it doesn’t work no matter which way I keep moving the camera. And you can’t even go back to the home page, I have to force close the whole app. So now I have to go to a shared bank since I moved from my hometown last year, and it’s just a pain. Good thing my job does direct deposit but I got a check for my bday I’ve been trying to deposit. Why do these updates seem to ruin our phones rather than help? Riddle me that one.

Sometimes the app will be down for updates which can put ya in a bind but that’s not that often and when it’s running it’s the best thing ever! Makes budgeting and managing money a breeze!
