You can also find the nearest Park Bank branch or ATM location. To get going, download the Park Bank Mobile Banking app and follow the on-screen instructions. For additional Mobile Banking options, go to www.parkbank.com and log in to Online Banking. For personal assistance, stop by one of our convenient locations or call At Your Service at (608) 278-2801.

Can’t log in with face recognition. Crashes
In the last few days I’ve been completely unable to log in with the facial recognition. It will read, give the successful checkmark and then the app crashes. I prefer using the facial recognition as using a password is overall far more difficult. Please look into this soon.

You may want to try to simply delete the app, redownload and then setup face id again to see if this corrects the issue. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Great bank, bad website
Park Bank is top notch in all areas, but the website has so many errors.
We have been with them for 25 years but would love to see improvements to the website.
