Description
This Mexican Train Dominoes game will run on any iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch. One human player plays against 3 computer opponents of varying skill levels. The "best" train can be calculated by the game so you can improve your play. Many rule variations and options are available. Change the names of computer players. Change the speed of the game. Show numbers on the dominoes instead of pips. Just touch the "Menu" button and then "Help" to learn about all the options. Very addicting!

Version 1.6
Previous version did not automatically flip dominoes when building a players train and did not automatically move the train forward when playing. These problems have been fixed.

Best version available
I have tried all the other apps & this is the best. This app has the traditional rules, in particular the Double rule, but has the option to modify a few rules too. Pretty cool. Game is closest to real play. It allows you to mistakenly draw from the boneyard if you have a play. Other games do not allow you to draw if you have a move. That is fine for newbies or children, but this app is more challenging. Play is fast and fun. I almost subtracted a star on the rating because the bones are layed out right to left which takes some getting used to for those who read left to right. Otherwise this game is done very well. Lots of special touches that improve ease of play such as double tapping for quicker play & ease of organizing your hand. Fun game. I highly recommend this app.
Best Mexican Train Game from the App Store!!!
Love it! I mean it! I tried two others and when you play one game they have a long…long ad. Then play the 2nd game…and the long ad.
NOT THIS ONE! No ads at all that interfere with playing. And it’s the original Mexican train rules! Love it!
Great Game But Crashes
Enjoy playing this version of Mexican Train a lot, however, it crashes frequently and I have to uninstall and reinstall which loses preferences and stats. I also wish the sound “off” button actually toggled rather than sliding to no sound. If you try to listen to music or any other sound, the game still overrides that. Other than that, this is a solid app and fun to play.
