Ohio’s Child Support mobile app gives users secure and easy access to their child support case information anytime, anywhere. Users can:
· Register to access child support case/order and account information
· Make a payment by credit card or view instructions for making payments from your checking or savings account, either electronically or through the mail
· Choose how to receive payments by enrolling in direct deposit or the Ohio child support debit card program
· Review your payment history for the last 24 months
· Receive payment notifications and alerts
· View case details for your Ohio child support cases
· View and update your personal information, including contact, employment, health insurance and child information
· Contact your child support worker by safely and securely sending messages
· Find your local child support agency information, including phone number, address, website and direction

Password Field

Please add either facial/finger print recognition, and/or “remember password” option in the app. Having to lookup/type the password every time is annoying/time consuming.

Thank you for the feedback on the “additional actions” button in the top left corner to turn on “finger print/facial recognition” on. However, I am not seeing that in any of the options within that section.

We apologize for any confusion you may be experiencing. During the first login, users are asked if they want to establish touch ID for future logins. If you did not elect the option at that point, tap the menu option in the top left of the Home screen (3 lines), one of the options in the menu is 'Fingerprint Authentication' which will enable Touch ID for logins.

Bugs and tweaks

The functionality of the app as a whole is bad. But my main complaint is that for about 6 months or better now, there is some sort of glitch in payments.
Every time I type the payment amount into the first screen, once redirected to the card information, the payment amount will not transfer into the payment amount.
Even after I put the information in manually on the second screen. I can not continue at all.

I’m not sure if the issue is within the app or the redirect web link but this has made it terribly difficult to make payments over the last few months. Thanks for listening.

I haven’t been able to load this app since it updated. Does it still work? Is it still supported?
