With OfficeSuite® HD Meeting, you can host online meetings, HD video conferences and audio conferences for up to 500 people from virtually any device.
Hosts and participants can use their computer’s microphone and speaker to connect, or dial in from any telephone. Dynamic voice detection within the application highlights the person talking. OfficeSuite HD Meeting even merges guests who use the phone and another device to join a meeting, leaving room for others.
Connect instantly by letting others know your personal meeting room number or schedule meetings - either way, inviting participants takes just a few seconds or clicks.

Better now than before
It’s getting much better than previous version. The phone numbers can be dialed if you click the righteous blank space. I guess the icon is missing. Also the new version has some new features that are pretty useful. So far no complaints. Btw I don’t use its chat so not sure how it is compared with others. Meeting wise it’s pretty solid!
Fabulous tech help
Sometimes I have trouble knowing where my troubles are. The Office Suite HD Meeting staff helped every time. I like to record meetings as presentations and the team helped with some of the fine tune aspects.
My only small issues was that it seemed hard to sign up for originally but they helped with that too.
Dial in options not clickable
After the latest update, I’m no longer able to dial in via the app. The phone numbers are not clickable.
Other observations:
There is an automated driving mode, which appropriately prevents drivers from interacting with video content while driving. However, there’s not a passenger mode. This is necessary to listen or participate with video in the Amtrak cafe car, in an Uber or as the passenger of another vehicle. Please add this option. Clicking on the talk button is a bit cumbersome, especially when I also have to unmute via a phone call if I have selected to dial in.
Also, after closing the app and joining another meeting from the office, the app still places me in driving mode. After several app and phone restarts, the driving mode persists.
