Description

TRACS is the successor to the IIMS (Integrated Incident Management System) application.

The IIMS app has been completely recreated using a modern architecture and design, making it more reliable and user friendly.

It includes many improvements, including:
Improved email notification sending
An option to include incident videos (no longer restricted to images)
Location search functionality when creating incidents
Token-based authentication eliminating the need to authenticate every time
User feedback (“Report a Bug” page) to allow users to submit bug reports right from the app
Many mapping enhancements including:
New map view types: Satellite, Hybrid, and Terrain
The ability to create incidents directly from bridge or milepost locations
Clustering of incidents to handle large data sets without performance issues
