Best tool do deal with utility bills

I’ve tried many of the tools out there to manage my utility bills at my properties and this one is hands-down the very best. The user interface is pretty intuitive and the features are straightforward.

On occasion I have contacted customer support and she was extremely friendly and helpful.

They’ve gone out of their way to work on features that I have recommended for improvement, and have taken the time to contact me and back explain processes when necessary. Great product that I will continue using and highly recommend!

Extremely dissatisfied.

Recently, our property management company transitioned to using Nutiliti, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. Initially, I encountered issues with updating my payment method in the app. Despite making changes, the app continued to charge my previous payment method, requiring me to contact them each time to ensure the correct card was charged. This problem has recurred multiple times.

Another issue is their inconsistent billing; they often charge a day or two after the stated payment due date. In instances where the payment method is declined, I find myself having to reach out to them to resolve the issue. A significant drawback of the app is its lack of a manual payment option, which is quite unusual and inconvenient. Ideally, apps should simplify processes, but this one has only added complexity.

Many customers, myself included, prefer the flexibility to pay before the due date, but according to their support team, due to automatic bank charges, this isn’t possible. I’m currently obliged to use this ineffective app and am extremely dissatisfied with Nutiliti.

However, I must acknowledge that their customer service is highly responsive, which is the sole reason I’ve rated them two stars.

Thank you for making utilities a breeze!!!

As a first time renter I love how simple and easy Nutiliti makes it to set up my utilities (and also having readily available help when needed!). Having an app option in addition to using a computer or laptop is a big plus! I don't know if it's just personal preference but I would like the option for the text to be bigger on some of the items - especially when I click a link for more information on a particular question - but other than that I am a fan! Will definitely be returning next year.

Thank you so much for this utilities option. This app keeps my property management happy, keeps me and my roomies out of dealing with the different providers, and lets us easily split the total amount each month. This was one of the best investments into a service that provides us a better state of mind and quality service. Bills always paid on time and without a second thought!

Totally User centric and user friendly!!

There are a few apps in the market for splitting bills but not all think the user-experience process through like Nutiliti has. Nutiliti is end to end thought through and they even set up our utilities. Allows you to split the utility bills in multiple ways - equally, or by %. Love how well it has been conceptualized!!! I would give more starts if that was an option!! Great product!!

User friendly and Support gets back to you quickly

This is my first time using a utility splitter and the experience using this app has been phenomenal. When I had a question with setting up the app support was able to get back to me with an exactly one day and were able to help me to rectify the issue that I was having. I highly recommend getting this app.

It’s a big no for renters actually

Not user friendly for renters, the app is fine it’s the service and business itself. No customer service just we are sorry but no. No supervisors or management can be reached and there is no direct link to show you are paying your utilities or you go to move somewhere else you have no history with these vendors (Xcel, water co, trash etc). All bills being in the landlords name don’t make sense for landlords either.. they don’t pay I do and they still have electricity.. um no. My property would be fine without lights I’m not paying their bills and allowing them to mess with my credit!!??

Venmo for utilities

I always had trouble keeping track of who owes what for each utility with my roommates at our townhome. Nutiliti is a solid and simple way to split our utilities and not have that awkward moment where someone doesn’t pay you back. I have told quite a few of my friends that I know about the app and will be continuing to use it in the future!

More Customizable Features

I’m a college student, I’ve had this app / service for a couple months and I really enjoy it. I can see how much money I’ve spent every month on each utility which is a great feature (and helped me realize that the summers are really expensive for electricity...) Sounds like they are going to add more features which will be cool

This company has a bad habit of not paying bills

My property management company switched over to Nutiliti a few months ago, and every single time there has been a problem with their bill processing system. It automatically defaults to ‘payment failed’ until a support call is placed to their company, at which time they process the payment manually, and it goes through. But this caused our water to be shut off due to a nonpayment to our local city utility, which caused even more charges to be made. Avoid if possible, shady things going on with them.
