Needs
When my internet goes out, and it has a couple of times (more than I would like) I would want to know what the problem is. Not just it saying “disconnected”. Mine has gone out after hours, and on the weekends. Maybe put down some instructions on what to do when it happens? Even Roku/Fire Stick tells you what to do and they’re not even a part of the company.
