myKabaFusion is the easiest way for you to communicate with the clinicians at KabaFusion for all of your home infusion needs. With this simple mobile app you can ask questions 24/7 and get answers direct for your pharmacist, nurse, or clinical staff member. Your pharmacy can use the app to send you forms, scheduling, and signature requests that will make processing your home infusion a breeze. Receive alerts about your visit, patient training documents, and chat with a pharmacy representative right from your smartphone.

Great idea, poor execution
This app is pointless. It’s main purpose is the messaging system, and it doesn’t even work. Every time I try to open a message the screen is blank. Not only that, but there isn’t any information regarding medical supply orders (past or future), or any documentation of any sort within the portal.
Unable to send chat messages
Was bad enough when unable to send messages after hours (staff is apparently unaware??) now it randomly during their open hours will not allow a reply or new message (staff are still also unaware??). Garbage.
