Following your care plan takes organization and time management. Make it easy for yourself with the Hillrom Connex App. Use it to track your vest therapies and medications, set reminders, and see what you’ve done for the day.
TREND
An important part of staying well is knowing how you’re doing over the long term. The Connex App gives you the big picture, allows you to trend your vest therapy and clinic pulmonary function test (PFTs) results from one week to one year.

Needs attention
I’m not sure whether the issue is with the app or the Bluetooth capability of the unit, but the syncing function is hit or miss. I’ve spoken with a developer twice who indicated they’re not sure what the issue is and suggested pairing/unpairing, which doesn’t help. It’s unrealistic to expect someone to sit by the machine for hours after treatment, refreshing the app so it doesn’t sign out l, and hope that data will transmit. Certainly not the quality that should be provided given what they charge for the machines.

Hilrom connect
I can’t get the system to sync, I use it 2 times a day and it shows I’ve used it twice when I’ve used it 8 times. When it does pair it stops every 40 seconds and then starts up ? It makes it look like I’m not using the device. I am coughing up more junk than ever. I have worked with your people and the I phone will not connect. We have deleted the app reset the phone and entered the pairing number it still won’t pair

Helpful, but please improve it
This app is good to keep track of sessions, but the actual sync is hours after your session. The ‘score’ system - meant to encourage consistency of treatments - is ridiculous. My son does three days with all his treatment time, and the score goes down.
