Needs to fix bug

I love the game, but when I get to the part we’re it says “Unfortunately, my mother disease is seems not healing”. I found the key for the chest, but it still would not open.

I really like this game, but one question…

This game is fun, and even though these kind of stories have been told a lot in movies and tv shows, I really enjoyed it in the form of a interactive game. But I really want to know what song that is in the level with the girl (Mia) in the dark, messy room with an old record that play a song that goes “Down in my garden where the red roses glow, oh my, I want to go! Lovely like a flower, suddenly you know her….” And so on. I just wanted to know

Buggy rip-off

Obviously trying to do another Unpacked, so I was curious. After first opening, I got (I guess) a tutorial that was completely broken…after resetting my phone it actually loaded the intro story and the first level, which seemed to work fine. After some moves I got a quick ad—no big thing, just went to close it but I could interact with the close mechanism at all. Closed down the game, started again—and had to start over—only to hit the uncloseable ad again. Did the developer test the app before releasing it?? Doesn’t seem like it….
