Adding new cards
It is impossible to add a new card for payments when it is a foreigncard causing service disruptions for the clients i had to visit an claro center in person and they could not fix it either.
Screwed something up like always.
I have been using this app for years to pay my cellphone accounts, buy recargas and pay for my home internet, phone and cable service. Now they changed it so I can’t you my debit card because it is not a debit card from the Dominican Republic. Looks like I will probably be switching everything to altice because I’m not going to stand in line for an hour or two to pay for a service Every month.
Fix the international cards issue
Claro has been my primary sim while traveling go DR and I always used my credit card to recharge my Data. Now it's not possible because they forced local cards only. How am I supposed to use this service when I don't even live in DR. Getting a local card is not a solution because I still have to go to the bank to add money.
No puedo recargar mi sim porque quitaron la habilidad de recargar con targeta internacional. Vivo en USA y no necesito targetas dominicanas.
