Stuck on Sky Temples

Love this game. When I got 3 Sky Temples and they wouldn’t merge, I thought maybe the secret sauce would be 5. Not true. They still won’t merge. I know this glitch may be preventing me from advancing to your summer (?) game or event island??? Truth is, some of the latest merges prior to that were tricky-ish too! Fix these things and I’ll be able to advance forward. Thanks!!!

Update. My phone glitched out when I was at above level 22 with 5 dragons and 5 sets of castles and resources; when I came back I’m having to begin again but at beginners level. Disappointing because so many of the levels was extra hard work to achieve. It would be great to get back to that level. 🙄

Erased my progress when I got a new device!

I loved this game, played every day, made a lot of purchases for it. Then yesterday I got a new phone. Even though my game was backed up with my Apple ID, when I opened the game on my new phone, it automatically created a new game ID for my Apple ID, and erased ALL of the progress I’ve made over the past year. I have my old game ID saved, but there is no way to enter my old game ID into the game to get my progress back. It even erased my progress on my OLD device! So I can’t even use my old phone to keep playing. I am so, so disappointed that I have to start over. I might start over, but I will never, ever spend real money on this game again since everything I spent the past year just went down the drain! 🤬

In response to the developer: Yes, I had cloud saves, and my account was being backed up. When I opened the app on my new device, instead of loading my saved game, it automatically created a new game ID for my Apple ID, and wiped all of my game progress on BOTH devices (new & old) because I was signed into both at the same time through my Apple ID. The only way to get it back, would be YOU resetting my progress with my old game ID, if you can do that.

Dear friend, please don't leave us,does your old phone have cloud saves? Is the network connection smooth after changing to a new phone? Is there any failure in syncing cloud saves?

Why does nothing save??? I have merged the same 5 diamonds for 3 days in a row. All my other games save when u exit the game! Why doesn’t this one? It could be the best merge game out there. I have spent money and will spend more if this is fixed. If not I probably won’t. Every other game saves progress consistently and especially when you leave the app. It wastes our time when we build something and come back and it’s all undone ! It is a perfect game if this issue is fixed. I have also noticed I’ll watch an ad for a reward and then once I get the reward and leave the game, I come back the reward is gone. Please fix this saving issue. You never know what will save and what won’t. Logged in or not it doesn’t matter.
