Description
MciService, This App written by MaddenCo, Inc., the writers of "The Tire Dealer System" allows tracking of Road Service calls from dispatched to completed. The driver has the capability to change his status from customized statuses such as Dispatched, En-Route, On-Site to Job Complete. The app will also allow the Service Tech to fill out forms, take pictures and capture signatures. All are associated and emailed with invoice.

When the app works things are good...when it works... it constantly crashes or fails to load. You have to log out and log back in constantly. They have a updated app with a good icon but has all the same issues.
