Maverik app 12+

It’s inconvenient that mobile pay disappeared from the app but while you’re fixing it, please consider fixing how to have two vehicles on one nitro acount and some back up plan on how to get a nitro discount such as being able to scan my nitro barcode in the store from the app and authorize a transaction.

It seems like, if I pay with a debit card, and you know I’m a nitro account member, I should be able to get a discount. Maybe slightly less if I use a credit card. But disclose that and let it be what it is.

Why the entire extra payment processing system? Seems like a lot of extra hassle

I've had a terrible experience with the Maverick app and their customer service.
I've tried reaching out multiple times, both by calling the number listed on my NitroCard and emailing their customer service, but they completely ignore the issue. Instead of addressing my concern, they just tell me to get a new card without even reading my email properly. The customer service at Maverick, both in their stations and through the app, is horrible.
The attendants in-store have no clue what they're doing-they just give vague answers and don't actually help. Whenever I call customer service, the call gets transferred to a representative who doesn't understand English well and can't provide any assistance. It's incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend using their app or services.

I love the app and the deals it give me, but it hardly ever works. My number is connected to my account, but whenever I enter it in store they say they couldn’t find an account. Additionally, whenever I have them try to scan the barcode to search for deals or get points, they say that doesn’t work either. I’ve only ever been able to get the codes to work one time, and I haven’t been able to since.
Granted, the one time it did work was on a food item, the others were trying to redeem free Icees. I don’t know if this is a problem across multiple item codes, or if it is related to the Icees, but the discounts and codes hardly ever work.
