Mains’l EVV is an easy to use, HIPAA compliant, Electronic Visit Verification Solution for home and community-based services programs.

• The easy to view screens and simple steps allows for the provider to select the person they are supporting, the service they are providing and start their visit in a few quick clicks. When the visit ends the provider uses a couple simple clicks to complete the visit.

• Mains’l EVV Solution is in full compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act by capturing:
o The date and time the visit starts
o The location the visit starts
o The person being supported
o The service being provided
o The date and time the visit ends
o The location the visit ends

• While the app captures the start and end locations of the visit using GPS, it does not track the user during the visit. It simply takes a snapshot of the location when they start the visit and another snapshot when they click the end visit button.

• All visit information is accessible by your administrative team, the employee and other designated users.

• The Mains’l EVV Solution allows for complete capturing of data when the user does not have internet connectivity. The App will store the encrypted visit information and will transmit the data once the user has internet connectivity.

Hard to use

This app may end up being an improvement over the old timesheets, but right now it’s a huge problem. Having to stop caring for my child to stop and sign in is difficult. I have to stop and enter all the sign in info, both for signing in and out. This is hard if I am in the midst of dealing with a meltdown or other crisis. It would be helpful if I could sign into the app with my thumbprint. If You miss the Mark on signing in or out at the exact right moment, it messes up your time for the whole week and it’s impossible to fix it even if you go to the website. Am I going to get paid? Who knows? I am worried!

I am also concerned about privacy violations with the location tracking. During the pandemic my family is staying home at all times. We don’t go anywhere. But, after the pandemic, why does the government need to track where we go? That seems unconstitutional to me.

Sham on you

This is insane. I gave it one because it deserves a 0, and that is not a choice. I don’t like that I have to pay for you to get information that I don’t think you should have from my stuff that cost me a lot of money. We are being used for your benefit. Also, the stress. This thing will take time and efforts away from the loved ones. You are killing all loved ones because of your overreach methods. You don’t really want people to have what they need. You break down the caregivers by your regulations and make it harder to care for the loved one. You remove the focus from everything good. How sad. Caring for our loved ones comes with so much!!!!!!! Stress!!!!! Then this garbage. Sad!!!!!!!! Brain injury has trials enough. You are causing more brain injury along with physical. You are going to make it so loved ones will end up in government ran facilities costing you more money and ruining lives because your ways of going about things break down people and their lives. This method will be a breakdown of lives and compassion. This shows that methods like these have none. We compassionately sacrifice our lives to have you take away the goodness that is associated with such a sacrifice.

Great in beginning then after an update- dead in the water

So for over almost 3/4 of a year, I’ve not been able to use this app. All worked great then they updated the app then game over. I’ve been told “you’re the only one this is happening to”, but I seriously highly doubt that. I was having to manually enter time on their website and then once we figured out that the app works on my husband’s phone (iPhone 15 & mine is iPhone 14), then I had to start using his phone to log in. He wakes up super early and sometimes doesn’t get home til late… so yeah, that’s fun. I have compared my settings with his settings and we cannot find any differences that would affect my app not working. The app will load the first screen then once I hit the login button, it goes to a white screen and stays on that screen- nothing loads ever. Super frustrating, but every month I try to see if anything has changed… nope!
Also, we have an iPad that doesn’t have any of the stuff that my phone does and it also will not allow me to login on it neither- we get the same white screen.
