M1 has completely transformed the way I work on the phone. Before discovering this app, I struggled to take notes during calls, often missing key details while trying to write things down. This app truly allows me to focus on the conversation, improving both my understanding and the quality of my responses.

A HUGE shout-out to Bobby on the M1 Support Team! His level of expertise, proactivity, and responsiveness is unparalleled—something I’ve never experienced with any other app or product. Bobby made the transition to using M1 seamless and supported me every step of the way.

Are there issues with M1? Well, sure there are. But during my time with M1’s Bobby, he proactively identified a few bugs I’d noticed but hadn’t even mentioned, and he flagged them for the M1 Team to address. Unbelievable service!

Update: I Love This App

PREVIOUSLY: every time i enter my phone number i get an error and i cannot contact any support ⭐️

UPDATE: After writing the above review, the company reached out to me and helped me resolve the error. Since then, I have used M1 for over a month. At first, I was just testing the features as a tech enthusiast, but during that time I was hired as an administrative assistant and suddenly needed a work line. The switch is SEAMLESS. Today alone, M1 paid for itself by saving me a ton of time at work. There was a scheduling error that could have caused chaos at my new job, but because I had M1 to reference, I knew exactly what had actually been agreed to. I was able to verify the schedule and correct misunderstandings. That is a huge win. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

PHENOMENAL

I’ve been using M1 for almost a year now and they never cease to amaze me. I was actually one of the first people to use the app as I was helping Hélène and Justin (who are both amazing people) shape features of the app. Recently got access to the. Voicemail receptionist feature and took my first call with it earlier today and I have to say it worked amazingly. Not sure whether I can switch the receptionist off for contacts, but hopefully in the future i’m able to. Can’t wait to see where the app goes further.
