M1: AI Business Phone Number 17+

Game-Changer for Phone Productivity! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

M1 has completely transformed the way I work on the phone. Before discovering this app, I struggled to take notes during calls, often missing key details while trying to write things down. Now, thanks to M1, I can slow down and actively listen to the person on the other end without the fear of forgetting important information. This app truly allows me to focus on the conversation, improving both my understanding and the quality of my responses.

A HUGE shout-out to Bobby on the M1 Support Team! His level of expertise, proactivity, and responsiveness is unparalleled—something I’ve never experienced with any other app or product. Bobby made the transition to using M1 seamless and supported me every step of the way.

Are there issues with M1? Well, sure there are. But during my time with M1’s Bobby, he proactively identified a few bugs I’d noticed but hadn’t even mentioned, and he flagged them for the M1 Team to address. Unbelievable service!

Great potential, but missing a few key features for business use

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this app works. The AI’s voice sounds very natural, and when i tested it with a multitude of questions it did great at providing general information to “the customer” even though I hadn’t trained it with that information. I also love that calls are recorded so you can listen to the whole thing later.

For me though, and I think any real business use case, it’s missing two major features. 1. Business Hours. We all hate getting calls outside of our normal hours, and it should allow you to set hours in which it would go straight to the AI and even use a different greeting during those hours. 2. Auto attendant. There should be an option, whether it be a separate system or just part of letting the AI answer and screen the calls, but then forward them to you. This is the feature my current system has that cuts out almost all spam calls, because auto-dialers can’t get past a “press # for customer service”. Having callers dial through to you right away and THEN go to the AI is not gonna work for me since my number is public and I get so many spam calls.

If they add those two features, I’ll definitely return and even be willing to pay more for it. I already pay more for a system that has those features but not AI.

Don’t be fooled. Great service

I’ve spent the last three years trying out every business phone service you could imagine. Well, most service providers can at least provide good call quality, and competitive features. Most of them were an absolute nightmare to actually deal with and set up some of them have major issues with getting 10 DLC campaigns approved which as a business is essential if you want to use text messaging, my business requires that I text my customers leads clients for critical communication on the job site if 10 DLC takes 50 years to get approved. I can’t text and I’m just paying a bill every month for absolutely no reason none of this was ever a problem with M1. It was immediately usable. They handled the 10 DLC application on my Behalfand their AI voicemail assistant is a superpower.
