Building a better way! We’ve updated the CRM app to version 2.1.1 with seamless performance enhancements to streamline your user experience. We’ve also added iOS 15 support to the app.
Ratings and Reviews
Two major issues
Two major issues with this app. One... the PDFs don’t open most of the time. It was what appealed the most to us and yet rarely works. It does work about 25% of the time. Two... the option to call, email, text from the app looks as though it’s available but only works about 30% of the time. These are very frustrating and I hope it’s addressed in an update soon.

I rate 2 stars but would give it 5 if the communication history would sync to online database.
Useless
It’s a pointless app. I can’t even view the estimates/contracts my customers have going. So when I’m on a job, I can’t see what work needs to be done or what they’ve paid for. I have to login using a desktop or laptop. And it takes two apps to work the time function and the CRM. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
