Slow working in low cellular areas
This app we use at our company and biggest problem is when you have areas with low cellular connectivity it won’t work. Really need to make it useable while offline and be able to update all pictures and notes when service is available. It’s very frustrating when you can’t look into the notes of your jobs because it won’t load and then you can’t download anything and switch jobs and task without service which then leads to miss times and material list etc
Drains battery, slow, too many options
There’s too many options to move between jobs that seems to take more time than LMN ever did. I also wish the routes would take you to the next property rather than the top of the list so that you have to scroll down. It’s also draining my battery so my phone is dead by the end of the day, whereas LMN never killed my phone battery. Seems like there could be better efficiency.
Lots of time wasted on bugs and loading screen.
Office loves it cause they can track numbers. Guys in the field think it’s buggy and super slow. Wastes a bit of time.
