Description
Lercenker is a WiFi-based smart full HD dashcam and sports DV mobile phone application software. It is a new way to connect dashcams and sports DVs. Works well with telescopes
Was able to catch the Great Red Spot on Jupiter. Make sure you turn off cellular data when trying to connect to the camera.
Finally got it to work.
Instructions on the manual for the eyepiece camera aren’t complete. I had to play around with the app settings in my phone settings and finally figured out the steps I needed to take to connect the camera to the app. I turned cellular data off within my phone settings for the app and turned on the location to “while using the app.” It works great now. Camera is of good quality and has good clarity. The app is easy to use and I’m able to switch from video to photos very quickly.
Could not get it to connect to iPad
This app was the one the instructions said to down load for a WiFi camera that attaches to a telescope. I tried all sorts of things to get this to work. I could not. The device puts out a WiFi signal just fine. I was able to connect my iPad to the WiFi signal just fine. I was able to install the app onto the iPad just fine. I could not get the app to recognize the device no matter what. Ugh. I was so looking forward to this new toy.
