Landing Host 4+

I hope this review serves as a sincere warning to all all my fellow Gig hustlers, freelancer workers, and independent contractors. Although the houses and properties listed in this app are beautiful, the App, Job Instructions, & support representatives are a system of complete disaster. I experienced communication issues with there Host support and it took almost a month to receive a 100$ payment. You must invest into your own cleaning suppliers, they do not reimburse mileage for commute distance, and the overall service for the Host is extremely poor. I do not recommend working for/with this company.

I worked with Landing for four years on and off again I brought in over $60,000 with the company and did over 1,000 jobs….they do not train you at all…some of the Area Managers are not professional…great for contractors but frustrating and confusing…the lack of communication is terrible…the treat like an employee even though you are a 1099….as a contractor you bare to much responsibility…the members can be a serious hassle….too much complaining from everybody…pay in some cities are better than others…way too many women….too much of friendliness between host and area managers…way too much drama for a company that makes money from mainly contractors and of course no benefit…most of the pay does not cover gas…promo does not happen all the time…when they do let you go from the company the act like they just never knew you… makes tons of changes and the host are never filled in…lack of communication is a major problem with this company do not just work for this company if you are a contractor please keep something else as a backup…they do still pay you after you have left and you do always get paid on time and they do always try to respond quickly…so when it’s good it’s good but when it’s bad it’s horrible and I cannot stress this enough

I had a job for $30
To pick up matters covers; now this is an easy task however got to the key box and no fob!!! Message CS no resolution. Mind you I walk to the front to ask them to help me gain access after about 6 mins of her looking on her map and I say I have the key here but there is no fob so I can cross the courtyard. I give her the apt number, landing CS still no help. She walks me to the opposite side and I repeat the apt number, she said this is the way. After 10 mins I made to the same court yard I was in earlier and the building I was trying to get into was still closed. Now I had to stand there for 20 mins until I saw someone who lived there. I asked them to let me in and thank god they did. I then had to h make the bed to only remake the bed. Now I am late to pick up my kid from school. So here I am now message CS about my fustration she told me I should have read the task 🤔. Where in the task did it say no fob you will spend an hour trying to get into the building. If I knew all this I would have not take the job. That was not worth $30!! No organization or real support on this task. First time ever dealing with this.
